Suggestions for Open Source Support System

I am looking to improve my website to make it more interactive to the community for instant resolutions to their issues.

Following options of interactions are available as of right now:

- Shoutbox is available on homepage for quick feedback or quries.

- Signups are available for interested people, I am soon going to start sending out newsletter to the subscribers.

- Wiki is available for people to contribute and view the information.

- Contact form is avialable for quick contact via email.

- There are few more options available as well.

What else, what else should I setup for better experience for you guys.
