(3) There should be a button of OK next to textbox for chatting as primary user is not aware of the fact that he needs to press enter to chat send his text to the other side.

(2) GO BACK button is available to go back to main chatting screen but it is aligned middle so can not visible on small window. Please aligned it left hand side.

(1) The module shall display the text enter by different user in different color. Currently it’s all in black color and same font so it is very difficult to identify specific user while there is a conversation among more than 2 members. It is advisable to change the color of the text in this case.

(2) The module shall provide functionality to unload uploaded image on server side in case of the change of mind from user.

(1) The system shall give image sharing button on top of the module window. In current application user has to scroll done to for image sharing which is very difficult to find for primary user. The button should be on top for user convenience.

(1) The module shall provide functionality to unload ppt file which is already uploaded by server in case if user changes his mind or in case of wrong ppt uploading by server.

Created Issue: Co Authoring - Discard Text

(5) The system shall not allow to chage the content of the co authoring window when one user is working on it. Currently the system is showing discarded text in new window but in 7 user environment it will be a big trouble to change the content as some one must be working in co authoring window at specific time.
